What can't a dog do?

My dog ate something today that had him doing this hacking, yacking sound (think of the Rottweiler in Christmas Vacation) so I sent him outside. Once he got in the yard, he barfed something up, walked a few steps, started peeing, smelled something and started barking, then walked around and found a good spot to poop. In a matter of like two minutes, he puked, peed and pooped. Dogs are amazing.
